Q: Why is there a "Products not available between this origin and destination (network segment)" error message when I am try to create a shipment?
If you are receiving this error and you are trying to create a shipment for a shipping service via Scurri - it may mean you haven't yet created an appropriate shipment rule in your Scurri account yet.
Steps
- Login to https://data.scurri.co.uk/
- Go to Setup > Automation > Shipment Rules
- Click "Add A Rule" and create an appropriate shipping rule.
