Shipping orders in welcome

  1. Log into and click "Welcome User Name" and Admin Panel.

  2. Then click "Manage Clients".

  3. Click "Manage live merchant" for the correct account.

  4. From the following screen, all paid orders drop into the Welcome window.

  5. Print required documents. Then select checkbox and click "Lock". Bulk Printing or one copy printing is available at the bottom of the page.

  6. This will change the status from "Paid" to "Warehouse".

  7. Click "Working" Tab.

  8. Select Checkbox and click "Apply" to reduce the stock in the warehouse. Only click "Release" to send order back to "Welcome screen" if customer changes and you need to edit it.

  9. The order is now ready to be sent.
