Q: Can I use my couriers?
Kooomo integrates with most available Couriers or Couriers aggregators. You will need to one-click integrate your Courier by reaching the marketplace section, find your Courier and follow the wizard to create the link between Kooomo and your Courier software. This process will allow information to flow between the platforms, keeping your customer updated on the order status and tracking.
If your Courier is not listed there, please contact your Account manager and ask him/her how to install a new courier.
