Survey
In this section you can configure the survey options about the customer experience satisfaction. Kooomo's survey feature enables the merchant to create different questions to ask customers who will rate them.
- User allowed to write comments: Select the users who can comment.
- Number of comments in the comment page: Define how many comments we show on the product page.
- Number of comments in the comment page: Define how many comments per page.
- Rule for showing comments: Define the rule to show the comment in the products page.
- Admin email list for approval: Select the admin who is in charge of approving the comments.

This feature enables you to export all the comments as a CVS file.
