In this section, you can manage all the different user groups created by the admin. You can also create new user group. All different user groups (or cluster of clients) are listed on this page. Each B2B user is assigned to one of these specific groups. Each user group (or cluster of clients) has its own specific features. You can create different user groups depending on the major features of the B2B users.
In order to create a new user group you need to follow these steps:
- B2B > User Groups > Add users group
- In the “Add users group” tab, name the new cluster and then click "Save".
- The new cluster is automatically created.
- To associate users to the cluster group, add them through the users tab.
