Q. How can I ensure a customer does not use my new promotion with any of the other active promotions in my store?

To define whether to stop the processing of further promotions after the application of a promotion, use the "Stop Further Promotions Processing" option in the "Manage promotion" screen.

  • Stop Further Promotions Processing = Yes -> Do not allow this promotion to be used with other promotions.
  • Stop Further Promotions Processing = No -> Allow this promotion to be used with other promotions.
