Q. Product feed to Google/Stileo/Social/Lengow/Clerk is not updating - why?
Product feeds are scheduled to generate via a cron that runs by default once per day. You can generate feeds manually at any time in the feed generation page. Select the feed and manually generate. Once the job is complete, you will receive an email confirming the feed successfully generated.
If you wish to schedule the cron more frequently, please contact help@kooomo.com and our IT will configure it to your specification.
