Adding Products Via Importing Files
Kooomo has two product import methods: Catalogue>Products>Import>Import Products and Catalogue>Dataentry>Add Dataentry.
Catalogue>Products>Import>Import Products is a useful way to append or edit products and option data for products already in the backend of your Kooomo site. For file headings, export your current product set, edit and import. File format is as follow: save as: CSV, seperated by: ';' (semi-colon), character set: UTF-8. Apache OpenOffice will allow you to structure your import in the above way.
Catalogue>Dataentry>Add Dataentry
Dataentry is the favored method to create new products and options via import from file. File format is as follow: save as: CSV, seperated by: ';' (semi-colon), character set: UTF-8. Apache OpenOffice will allow you to structure your import in the above way.

Importing Images
This functionality prompts Kooomo to fetch images from a remote file (FTP) and assign them to relevant products /options. If you do not have remote file set up to fetch images, you will be prompted to do so.

Exporting Products
Products, as well as their options, can be exported to CSV or PDF. Exporting to CSV will provide you with the headings and file format to create a product import file (not a Dataentry file).
